Does submitting a form mean I qualify for a study?
No. Submitting information is only an inquiry step. Eligibility, availability, study requirements, and any participation decision are handled separately.
Is my mobile phone number required?
No. Mobile number fields on lead forms are optional. You can submit the form without providing a mobile number or selecting SMS consent boxes.
Why are there separate SMS checkboxes?
Account-related updates and marketing messages are different communication categories, so they are presented separately. You may select one, both, or neither.
Can I stop text messages?
